Keegan Muntz, Addison Fowler, and Andie Job spent the morning at the 5th Annual Lake of the Ozarks Regional Economic Development Council (LOREDC Workforce Roundtable, engaging in meaningful discussions about workforce development with community leaders. They had the opportunity to present on their high school experiences and future plans.
Their presentation highlighted their experiences with:
- Job shadowing with Lake Regional
- Apprenticeships and employment with Snyder Construction
- ProStart as a school-to-work pathway
As a team, we also shared ways the community can partner with School of the Osage to support student career readiness. We appreciate the collaboration and look forward to the next steps!
