On Tuesday, local bookstore, Stonecrest Book and Toy, sponsored a special visit from acclaimed mystery novelist Tom Phillips. Known for his 2024 Mark Twain Award-nominated book, The Curious League of Detectives and Thieves, Phillips captivated students with his journey to becoming an author.

During his presentation, Phillips shared valuable tips for crafting compelling stories, insights from his Hollywood career, and the significance of perseverance in achieving dreams.
