My career in education began at School of the Osage Junior High in 1996. During that time, I have enjoyed teaching junior high math, language arts, at-risk reading/math (Berkeley Middle School-1 year), library media specialist, and school counseling. A student best summed up what I do, "You are here to help kids." While "help" can take many forms, the simplicity of that statement is the best description of my educational career.
