This past summer 181 School of the Osage students, teachers, and staff members attempted to Read Across America as part of a Summer Reading Challenge. From Memorial Day to Labor Day participants logged the number of pages they read with one page counting as one mile. The goal was to read 2790 pages, or the equivalent of “traveling” from New York City to Los Angeles. Participants were also able to earn extra miles &/or prizes by completing specific missions. NFL Cornerback and Lindenwood’s very own Pierre Desir is back for his 5th annual FREE Kids Camp at Lindenwood University. The camp will be on Saturday, June 11th, 2022 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The camp is available for kids entering K-6th grade. The camp will feature fundamental and fun football activities, special guests, and the opportunity to learn from highly skilled football players. Come out and have a fun time!

We are excited to announce we will be having our SOTO Summer Reading Challenge again this summer. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, students are invited to "Read Across America" with a goal of reading 2790 "miles" - the distance from New York City to Los Angeles. Summer School registration is open! Summer School will be June 7 - June 30, 2022 from 8 am - 3:00 pm (Tuesdays - Fridays).
